She received her yoga teaching certification in 2011 from Bikram himself (the inventor of hot yoga and the creator of this very powerful sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises).

In addition to taking an in-depth look into the more complicated postures of the series, we will also learn about some of the subtle and less talked about aspects of the Hot Sequence class, such as 80/20 breathing technique, how to go deeper in your backbends (safely), as well as some of Alice’s personal tips and tricks on getting the most out of your yoga practice.
All are welcome! New students will get a strong foundation to build good habits in class. Experienced students can look forward to taking their practice to the next level.
