This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat.
We will warm up with a short but vigorous vinyasa flow designed to lay the foundation for balancing on the hands (expect to fire up your core!) and then explore a variety of arm balances and how to transition in and out of them. Come with a playful attitude and no expectations!
