Anxious, tense, and in pain, Liz stumbled into a hot yoga class in 2012. The challenge, both mentally and physically, is what hooked her from the beginning. Shortly after beginning her practice, she noticed her excruciating back pain had diminished. As her experience and practice grew, so did her level of personal awareness, which did wonders in combatting her anxiety. She fell so much in love with the yoga that she knew early on that she wanted to become certified and share this love with as many people as possible.
Liz became certified in 2015 and has had the pleasure of helping to facilitate others on their journey of self-healing, introspection, and overall wellness each class she teaches. She teaches with strength and passion, gently encouraging you to push past your perceived limitations while embracing your individual self with compassion and love.
