About the Studio
Ember is located in beautiful, downtown Woodstock Georgia. Our 4400 sq ft studio offers a variety of hot and non-hot styles of yoga, mat Pilates, workshops and community events.
Ember's design draws on inspiring ideas from studios around the world with the goal of providing a unique space that naturally lifts the heart, and welcomes and encourages yoga students of all levels.
Ember has two practice spaces: the Hot Studio and the Zen Room. In the Hot Studio, Ember's Hot Sequence, Hip Opening, and Hot Vinyasa classes are held. The Zen Room is for traditional yoga classes, such as Ashtanga, Yin, Meditative Vinyasa, and mat Pilates.
the hot Room
Ember's Hot Studio features a state of the art heating system. The forced air system continuously circulates and heats the air to maintain a consistent hot yoga temperature. The system also silently and evenly injects steam to maintain 40% humidity. Fresh, filtered air is automatically exchanged with stale air in the studio whenever carbon dioxide levels are elevated.
Air quality is also enhanced by UV air filters and cork floors throughout the studio that help maintain a clean, odor free space. All of these components come together creating a system that provides amazingly fresh, clean, breathable (and hot!) air.
the zen room
The Zen Room is a uplifting space for traditional non-hot yoga classes and mat Pilates. It is a studio within a studio, inspiring to be an open and pure place where receptive yogis can look inside and discover peace.
the locker rooms
Ember's locker rooms provide a calm, beautiful space to transition from the outside reality to the inside reality and then back again. Spacious with multiple showers and clean well-lit vanities. Our lock rooms are also a great place to start your day. Try an early morning class, then relax and prepare for the rest of your day in peace.
The Ember Boutique
Ember Boutique brings a large collection of great yoga brands to Woodstock. You will find a variety of yoga and fitness apparel lines including Hard Tail, Spiritual Gangster, Manduka, Alo, Teeki, Onzie and more; a large selection of yoga mats, props and accessories, including brands such as Jade, Manduka, Yogitoes, and more. The store also contains a broad selection yoga books and music; Satya Jewlry; as well as many other speciality and unique items.
