Beth Pullias

Beth began her yoga journey in 2014 after taking her first class at a local brewery in Virginia. This class sparked her desire to find a studio near her home and practice on a regular basis. It was on the mat she found compassion and inner peace for herself through breath and movement. After moving back to Georgia in 2016, Beth enrolled in yoga teacher training. During her training she learned meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques that complement yoga so beautifully. Beth felt a tug to help others in a more tangible way and left her full-time job to teach yoga. She is grateful for the opportunity to teach and guide her students on how to breathe through life’s challenges both on and off the mat.
