200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training

200H Teacher Training

with Lindsay Rodriguez and Natalie Skubic

Starting September 12, 2025

Ember Yoga’s comprehensive 200 hour yoga teacher training is an opportunity to journey deep into the heart of yoga, offering students the skills necessary to not only become a professionally certified yoga teacher, but also to explore and refine one’s own personal yoga practice.

This Yoga Alliance certified training is designed to empower graduates with the competence to create safe, meaningful, intelligently sequenced classes that can be tailored to a broad range of students and abilities. With an emphasis on safety and alignment for all body types, and ample teaching opportunities throughout the training, our students will graduate confident in their craft.

Additionally, through a 4+ day a week practice, intensive weekend meetings consisting of lectures, workshops and deep personal development, daily meditation practice, journaling and more, students will broaden their understanding of the mental and spiritual benefits of this work.

This program is designed to share how empowering yoga as a regular practice can be on and off the mat, and is open to all students, aspiring yoga teachers, and teachers already in practice wishing to take their teaching to the next level.
