At Ember Hot Yoga, our teacher training is a transformative journey designed to deepen your practice, expand your understanding, and awaken the confidence to step fully into your own voice.
You’ll be guided through alignment, anatomy, breath, sequencing, philosophy, and the art of meaningful cueing, all while gaining real, hands-on teaching experience within a deeply supportive and uplifting community.
Whether you arrive with dreams of teaching or simply a desire to evolve your personal practice, you’ll emerge feeling more connected, more grounded in your knowledge, and more confident in who you are both on and off the mat.

$3100 Early Bird through November 1st, 2026.
Deposit $500
Unlimited Ember Hot Yoga membership is included during the duration of your training.
Once accepted, a $500 deposit is required to hold a spot in the training.
Discounted tuition of $3100 if paid in full before November 1st. The full tuition of $3300 must be paid in full by January 1st, 2027.
Our curriculum includes, but is not limited to :
Skillful and Intuitive Sequencing
Anatomy, Physiology and Functional Movement
Posture, Modifications and Safe Prop Use
Verbal and Hands on Adjustments
Pranayama and Meditation
The Chakra System
History and Philosophy, including the 8 Limbs and Yoga Sutras
Ethics and Boundaries
Requirements and Expectations:
No prior teaching experience necessary
6 months- 1 year existing yoga practice recommended
Stiffness/injuries OK
Discipline to keep a daily meditation practice and journal
Continue personal practice 2x/week
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Willingness to be vulnerable and participate in deep self study and interpersonal projects

JESSI RAE
Jessi Rae is a globally recognized yoga instructor, wellness coach, and healer whose passion for health and mindfulness began at the age of 15. Raised in the world of yoga and wellness, she was inspired by her mother, a healer herself, and has since devoted her life to helping others achieve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Jessi Rae has taught yoga and wellness practices in diverse locations across the globe, including China, Greece, Taiwan, Bali, Costa Rica, and throughout the United States. She has led more than 50 international trainings in specialized modalities like Aerial Yoga, Thai Massage, and continuing education programs, inspiring hundreds of students and instructors along the way.
Experience & Qualifications:
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (2008) – Nosara Yoga Institute, Costa Rica
Thai Bodywork & Deep Tissue Massage – Extensive training at The Thai Bodywork School in Evanston, IL (since 2006)
Aerial Yoga Certification (2014) – Aircat Aerial Arts, Boulder, CO, with additional Aerial Yoga teacher trainings
100-Hour Ashtanga Yoga Intensive (2018) – Goa, India with renowned teacher Joey Miles
Sound Healing & Paddleboard Yoga – Leading classes and workshops globally
Yoga Business & Personal Coaching – Helping aspiring instructors and wellness entrepreneurs grow and thrive
In addition to her yoga expertise, Jessi Rae has trained with some of the most respected names in the yoga world, including Kino MacGregor, David Swenson, Dylan Werner, Joey Miles, Gabriel Halpern, and Greg Kraftshaw. This deep well of knowledge informs her multifaceted teaching approach, which blends physical practice with mental clarity and personal empowerment.
