Join Ember Yoga and Ruff Dog Rescue as we embark on a yoga experience like no other ... with puppies! This yin-style Puppy Yoga class promises to be good for your body, soul and heart. A simple cuddle with our furry friends has been proven to elevate your serotonin and dopamine levels. And the puppies will be adoptable! All proceeds go to support Ruff Dog Rescue, a non-profit 501c(3) dog rescue group.
If you can’t attend class, but still want to support Ruff Dog Rescue, we are collecting dog supplies. Suggested items include blankets, towels, pet toys, leashes, collars, kennels, puppy pee pads, dog food (1st ingredient protein), treats and rawhides.
This will be a donation class (minimum donation $25). All proceeds go to support Ruff Dog Rescue.

Join us for a restorative workshop designed to bring balance to your body, mind and spirit through the power of Breathwork and sound healing. We’ll begin by gently guiding the nervous system into a state of calm using conscious breathing techniques, helping you release tension and reconnect with a sense of inner safety. From there, you’ll be immersed in a meditative soundscape using instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and drums, allowing the body to integrate and deepen the relaxation response.
This workshop is suitable for all levels - no prior experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, nourished and aligned.
