Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop
Designed to flip your perspective and elevate your practice!
This all-level arm balancing and inversion workshop, will guide you in practicing poses safely and confidently, from forearm stands to headstands and everything in between.
This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of body alignment, balance, technique, breathwork, and mind-body control, creating a strong foundation for a safe and sustainable yoga practice. You will learn how to move with intention and awareness while building the strength and confidence needed to explore and refine your inversions within your flow.

Masterclass: Yoga Mobility & Strength Training
Through guided instruction and mindful sequencing, Carson will break down key postures and transitions, helping you understand proper alignment and how to engage the right muscles for stability and ease, while incorporating breathwork techniques.
This masterclass is designed to improve range of motion, enhance balance, and build functional strength. Whether you are working toward your first inversion or looking to deepen your existing practice, this workshop will support your growth both on and off the mat helping you move more efficiently, prevent injury, and develop a deeper connection between mind and body.
All levels welcome.

Yoga sculpt is an upbeat class that incorporates hand-weights, inspiring music, high-intensity cardio, and core work with a yoga flow for a high-energy, high-calorie burning workout. Benefits include cardio, high calorie burn, and the building of lean muscle. Hand weights are optional; you will still get a great workout if you decide not to use weights. Come expecting to sweat, smile, and challenge yourself in new ways. You’ll be glad you did!
