Corey Jourdan

Corey was born in Virginia Beach, but has been moving is whole life never really staying in one place for too long. Though being somewhat partial to the west coast, the south and southern people have always been home. Moving from place to place not only awakened a passion for Psychology and Philosophy, but presented him with many opportunities to find the subjects more practical uses. 

He began practicing when he was eighteen but wasn't serious until realizing the connection of graceful movements of the body/mind during rock climbing and understanding their foundations in yoga. Finally receiving his 200HR RYT Training under the tutelage of John Merideth, Corey continues to explore the philosophical, spiritual, and psychological aspects of yoga as a teacher, but infinitely more so as a student.
