Brittany is from New Orleans and discovered yoga in college. There was a little book of pranayama exercises at the back of her library. Shortly thereafter, she moved to New York and was introduced to asanas and the teachings of Dharma Mittra. Ten years later and six months pregnant, she developed a consistent, near daily practice. The yoga changed me from the inside out.
Eight years passed before she earned her 200 hour RYT certification in a vinyasa-style yoga that emphasizes Ayurvedic concepts. Since then, she has completed an additional 100 hours of continuing education. Her intention is the same every class I teach. She’s there to inspire you and take you to a new place in your ever-evolving practice.
