Ember's 30 day yoga challenge is a chance to commit to yourself and experience the amazing benefits of a daily practice. It's a physical and mental challenge not to be taken lightly. It requires mental discipline; physical endurance; a healthy, balanced diet; a good sleep cycle and determination. However, if you commit to this challenge, you'll find it pays dividends far into the future. It will help shape your body, your mind and your practice of yoga on and off the mat. 

Rules!

Start on October 1st (or within a week of this date). We'd like as many people as possible to start around October 1st but are flexible around your schedule so start when you can. However, the main group of participants, countdowns and the like will be based on the 1st.

You must complete 30 classes within 30 days.

Classes can be taken in either the hot room or the Zen room. Any class on our regular schedule can count towards completing your challenge.

If you have to miss a day or two, you are allowed to do doubles (2 classes in one day) to make them up. The benefits of the challenge have just as much (or even more) to do with duration as they have to do with the quantity of classes. The intention of allowing doubles is not to help you get done early. Triples (3 classes in one day) are not allowed.

If you are not already a member, we are offering a special 30 day pass for $119 (that's about $4 per class). You can buy this pass at the front desk and have it start on the first day of your challenge. Your existing class card will be saved for use after this special pass expires.

Drink lots of water.

If your start this challenge and then something comes up and you can't complete it - no whining. This October challenge is a special event meant to build some group energy towards the goal. You are always welcome to do another 30 day challenge on your own at some point in the future. Remember to pace yourself and never push through pain.
