This all-level arm balancing and inversion workshop, will guide you in practicing poses safely and confidently, from forearm stands to headstands and everything in between.

This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of body alignment, balance, technique, breathwork, and mind-body control, creating a strong foundation for a safe and sustainable yoga practice. You will learn how to move with intention and awareness while building the strength and confidence needed to explore and refine your inversions within your flow.

We will begin with breathwork guided by rhythmic drumming. This prepares the body and mind to drop into a meditative state. Sound vibrations are created utilizing various instruments including bells, chimes, gong, drum, and 7 crystal bowls. This is an immersive experience which works on all levels of one’s Being; bringing balance and a deep state of relaxation.

Sound healing is one of the most ancient forms of healing, using frequency and vibration to restore well being to the body, mind, and Spirit. These harmonic vibrations are deeply penetrating and vastly expansive in nature. Come experience the rejuvenating, healing power of sound.

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. After a few minutes of Breathwork, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Most people leave Breathwork sessions feeling more clear, calm, content and relaxed. Your experience will be unique to you and your path as Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you practice it.

During the session Laura will explain and demonstrate the breathing technique. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus. After the Active Breathing she’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening meditation that will leave you filled with gratitude and love.

Esak has been practicing hot yoga since 1994 and became the 1st male champion of the International Yoga Sports Federation annual competition in 2005. A posture clinic is a great opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the poses and have your burning questions answered. This clinic is ideal for brand new and seasoned practioner’s alike.

Over the course of three hours, we will explore the 26 poses in fine detail. The room will be a cozy warm (not hot). Bring your questions, yoga mats, and beautiful selves.
