Ready to take Lena’s hip opening class to the next level? This class will be a study in expansion and contraction. Students will move through the space with the freedom of no mat.
Students are required to bring socks to help with transitions.
Consistent practitioners are welcomed to enjoy this flow from various floor exercises into arm balances. A solid yoga foundation is a prerequisite, and students must be able to do a shoulder stand to enjoy this class.
