5 WEEKS SERIES - ages 4-6

Classes begin with a few minutes of quiet tuning in, followed by a fun and exciting practice of yoga and some organized play!  Kids will learn the benefits of each pose and how to bring yoga into their everyday lives. Each class is based on an inspirational theme. Parents can take a yoga class in our hot room at the same time.
