Prenatal Yoga (5 Week Series)

Classes are offered for Moms to be in all stages of their pregnancy and the first few months after pregnancy. During this precious time moms are connecting to the miracle within. Practicing yoga helps to build stamina needed for labor and birth, eases lower back and shoulder pain, improves energy level, reduces stress and tension, provides moral support and camaraderie, and baby receives increased oxygen!
