Join Ember Yoga and Ruff Dog Rescue as we embark on a yoga experience like no other ... with puppies! This yin-style Puppy Yoga class promises to be good for your body, soul and heart. A simple cuddle with our furry friends has been proven to elevate your serotonin and dopamine levels. And the puppies will be adoptable! Kids 8 years and up can attend. All proceeds go to support Ruff Dog Rescue, a non-profit 501c(3) dog rescue group.

If you can’t attend class, but still want to support Ruff Dog Rescue, we are collecting dog supplies. Suggested items include blankets, towels, pet toys, leashes, collars, kennels, puppy pee pads, dog food (1st ingredient protein), treats and rawhides.

This will be a donation class (minimum donation $25). Proceeds go to support Ruff Dog Rescue.
