Holiday Meditation Workshop

As the Holidays approach, often we get caught up in all that has to be done and we give up our inner peace. Are you looking for a way to reset and find your way back to some peace? We desire to give to our loved ones wonderful gifts at this time of year but the greatest gift we can give anyone is our presence.

Join Tommasina and let's regroup together. Tommasina will guide you through a gentle yoga stretch to prepare the physical body for seated meditation and will guide you through pranayama and yoga nidra techniques to prepare the inner body for an easier transition into a meditative state.
