Meditation Workshop with Tommasina

Let's explore our chakras and learn how to use them within our meditation practice. We will review previous pranayama techniques too!

Tommasina will guide you through a gentle yoga stretch to prepare the physical body for seated meditation and will guide you through pranayama and yoga nidra techniques to prepare the inner body for an easier transition into a meditative state.
