Breathe deep and restore! Restorative yoga involves poses fully supported by props. This gentle and effective approach allows you to completely relax and rest. Restorative poses like light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends are held for about five minutes or more. Sabrina will walk you through a restorative sequence and several techniques to help you carry your restorative practice off the mat and into the world. This workshop is great for all levels.
