Yin Yoga for Hot Sequence is a 120 minute class specifically designed to complement and enhance
your Hot Sequence (26x2) practice. This session targets the deep fascial tissues and key muscle
groups most impacted by the 26-posture series, using long-held, passive stretches and select
functional exercises to improve postural alignment, restore muscle balance, and increase joint
mobility.
Each Yin pose is intentionally chosen to decompress the spine, open the hips and chest, strengthen
underused stabilizers, and sooth the nervous system - helping you recover more fully from the
intensity of the hot room. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or newer to the sequence, this
class offers essential recovery and refinement, allowing you to return to your practice with
improved body awareness, deeper flexibility, and renewed resilience.
Room will be warm, not hot. Please bring a yoga mat as well as a towel and water if desired. Blocks
and straps will be provided if needed.
