Ava Scarth
Ava’s journey into yoga began as a path to healing after undergoing spinal fusion surgery to correct her once severe scoliosis. Now with two metal rods reinforcing her entire spine, she moves through life with a few physical limitations, restricting her toany sort of bend or arch throughout her spine. These restrictions have played a large role in her practice but have also led her to finding the beauty in modifications. Ava wholeheartedly believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of any injury or perceived imperfection one may have, and that true alignment begins from within. What was once her greatest insecurity has transformed into a profound source of strength, shaping not only her practice but her perspective on resilience and self-acceptance.
Ava’s certifications include a 200-hour RYT from Lindsay Rodriquez and a barre certification through Barre Above.
