LENA MAYFIELD

Lena Mayfield is an Atlanta, GA native. She received her yoga certification from Peachtree Yoga Center's original founder Graham Fowler. Lena maintains her certification with the Yoga Alliance and is E-500RYT /YACEP.

Lena Mayfield has over 20 years of dance, yoga and movement education. She attended University of the Arts in Philadelphia and toured professionally with Broadway's The Lion King.  Lena believes that yoga is for everyone, not just "able" bodied individuals. Lena has a true gift for connecting with her students in a real and authentic way.

If you can breathe, then you can move. Expect a fun, soulful, fluid class given by Lena. Slow and steady wins the race against time as the body will surely break down while our spirits live on.
